Remember last year when I told you about my amazing experience at the Thai Me Up Dinner series at Malai Kitchen? Well here’s your chance to get in on the plated journey. That’s right, Next Thursday September 12th, Guest Chef Paul Singhapong alongside owners Braden and Yasmin Wages will host lucky diners again to serve a family-style, five-course menu exploring Thai coastal cuisine highlighting traditional seafood dishes. Seats are going quickly and I have no doubt that it will be a sell-out dinner.
