BIG NEWS. The highly anticipated opening of CBD Provisions from Consilient Hospitality (The Porch, etc.) is set for October 10th.

Here’s all the deets from the release:

Consilient Hospitality will open their new restaurant concept, CBD Provisions, at The Joule Hotel and Shops Dallas on October 10, 2013 in concurrence with the completion of the hotel’s two-year multi-phase expansion. CBD Provisions is an upscale, urban brasserie featuring progressive, Texas-centered cuisine from Executive Chef Michael Sindoni. CBD Provisions will open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days per week, with brunch served on weekends.

As part of The Joule’s long-term expansion plan, the restaurant Charlie Palmer and Next Vintage Wine Shop have closed. The space is now The Joule Restaurant and will continue operations until closing for renovations for the new Consilient Hospitality concept slated for 2014.  More details will be announced at a later date.  Chef Charlie Palmer is currently seeking a new restaurant location in Dallas at this time.  All parties wish each other well in their future endeavors.
