Rumors have been flying that the space under construction at 3232 McKinney Ave (Formerly Private|Social) will soon belong to celebrity Chef Tim Love. ‘Barter‘, the restaurant coming soon, was well under construction this afternoon when I passed by and the contractors at DnG Construction have been extremely tight lipped about the project. If the rumors are true, this will make the first restaurant Tim Love has opened in Dallas proper. More to come.

UPDATE: The restaurant looks to be hiring for all positions and a local Dallas chef, Andrew Dilda, has already been tapped to run the kitchen.
