Don’t hold your breath on Frankie’s reopening in Uptown. Just got official word that a burger stronghold, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, will be moving into the skeleton space where Frankie’s once resided at the corner of Hall and McKinney in Uptown. The chain, who clued me in this afternoon, hopes to open their 2nd DFW location in February April. With a successful location in Preston Center already bustling daily, Hopdoddy is excited to introduce Uptown residents to their new favorite burger joint.
