Fireside Pies Celebrates 10 Years

In 2004, Consilient established Fireside Pies in an old cottage on historic Henderson Avenue in Dallas, Texas.

On Tuesday, May 13, Fireside Pies celebrates their tenth anniversary of serving outstanding artisan pizzas made in hot wood-fired ovens with $10 pies and $1.10 sangria at the original four Fireside Pies locations. That’s right! It’s a heck of a deal if you are a pizza fiend like me and you know lines will be long, so get there early!
