The Wine Poste invites Dallas diners to join its first Chef’s Dinner on June 3rd. Featuring the talented Chef Omar Flores of Driftwood, this elaborate feast will start with a sparkling wine reception. Once guests are seated at the Wine Poste’s communal table, they will indulge in five delicious courses, each accompanied by a perfectly-paired glass of wine.
The intimate dinner is limited to just 24 guests, so reservations are strongly recommended. Menu items and wine pairings include:
