With a newly opened Trader Joes, Food Truck Paradise the ‘Truck Yard’ and even a paleo friendly restaurant, Lower Greenville is health nut friendly. Adding another healthy addition to the line-up this Fall, Crisp Salad Company.
Crisp Salad Company is coming to Lower Greenville Avenue in Dallas, with the goal of feeding the desire for a healthy restaurant alternative by introducing a hybrid concept that combines the build-your-own-salad or wrap experience with a tastefully designed menu and a new, freshness-inspired touch.
As the name implies, Crisp Salad Company will be all about the salad, not as an appetizer or warm-up, but as an expertly chopped or deliciously wrapped healthy meal. The restaurant menu will feature seasonal, local and organic produce, as well as premium quality proteins in its chef-prepared creations. The signature designed salad dressings, unique to Crisp, will be prepared in-house. The epicurean offerings are anticipated to bring a zest that will raise Crisp’s “choppings” to new heights in Dallas’ healthy options-starved dining scene.

Crisp also will be offering mini cupcakes by “That’s Sweet,” a local Dallas boutique bakery, providing just enough of a finish to satisfy the sweet tooth, without producing what Crisp calls a “guilty dessert hangover.”
