Crisp Salad Company Grand Opening December 4 on Lower Greenville

Just when you thought it was safe to stop eating healthy and enter into Holiday feast beast mode, another salad joint is coming to town.

Crisp Salad Company, a new build-your-own-salad or wrap restaurant, will have it’s grand opening on December 4 at 11 am with a ribbon cutting.

Blaine Duhe, the Manager and Owner for Crisp Salad Company, is thrilled about entering the Dallas restaurant industry.

“I am very excited about debuting Crisp Salad Company in Dallas, and I believe that it will thrive in our Lower Greenville location,” Duhe said. “Crisp Salad Co. is a great concept that combines the build-your-own-salad experience with a tastefully designed menu. Our epicurean offerings go far beyond the typical salad, including unique dressings made daily by our crew inside the restaurant.”

The mission at Crisp Salad Company is to provide fresh ingredients of the highest quality, from naturally raised meats to fresh produce. Crisp devotes itself to helping guests attain a healthy lifestyle. All salads are expertly chopped and deliciously served in front of you so you know you’re living a healthy lifestyle with the nourishment of only the best ingredients.

Guests at Crisp Salad Company can opt to build their own salad or order off the menu from one of the Signature Salads specially crafted from the masters themselves. Some of the Signature Salads off the restaurant menu include: The Greenville Cobb, Killer Kale, Street Taco, Curry Waldorf, Superfood and Thai It Up.”

There are also more than 70 toppings and dressings that are sure to bring zest to your salad. To accompany all their hand crafted dressings, they have also made six Signature Salad dressings: Jalapeno Ranch, Avocado Tzatziki, Truffle Dressing, Spicy Thai Peanut, Creamy Cilantro Lime and Sweet & Smoky Chipotle.

Crisp Salad Company is taking its menu to new heights in Dallas’ healthy options-starved dining scene. Crisp Salad will make any salad into a wrap or flatbread, and will offer soups, artisan bread, gluten free bread and mini cupcakes and yogurt parfaits. Yum!
